What do I do if I don’t like the quality of a Kroger Brand item?
We are proud of the quality of all Kroger products. Our guarantee statement says, “Try our brand, if you don’t like it, we’ll give you the national brand free.” Our store will be glad to assist you with your concern if you will kindly return the dissatisfactory product to them.
What do I do if I am unhappy with the service that I received at my store? For prompt attention to your concern, please see the store manager or management on duty at the time.
All of us at Kroger work very hard to provide the best service at all times. If we have not met your expectations, we do want to know about it. If the manager is unavailable, please contact our Customer Communication Center at 1-866-221-4141 or use our customer comment form.

Why do your ads vary from one location to another?
Because of the competitive nature of our business, some advertised items may appear in one ad while not in another. Promotional items are often used for new store openings, special offerings to local communities or to help us compete directly with a local competitor.
Why can’t the store quote me the price of gas at their Fuel Centers?
Due to the highly competitive nature of this area of our business we refrain from quoting prices over the telephone.
